Job summary

A staffing agency is seeking a Quality Engineer in Greensboro, NC, for a 12+ month contract. • Leadership of Quality Action Group (QAG) as appointed.
• Search, detect and quantify actively & preventively customer quality issues at an early stage via enhanced analytics.
• Actively search for rapid containment actions & recommend appropriate quality solving tool for an identified field issue.
• Decide, among all the issues experienced by the customer, what are the emerging issues that must be pre-investigated.
