Trelleborg Group is seeking a Quality Engineer (Part Approval) for an on-site role in Fort Wayne, IN. You will manage customer and supplier PPAP/CCP documentation for NPI/APQP, part changes, and annual revalidation, interfacing with Supply Chain Management and Quality teams.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, 3+ years of quality experience, and experience with reading drawings, PFMEA, and AIAG Core Tools. Travel up to 10% may be required.

The Quality Engineer (Part Approval) is an onsite role located in Fort Wayne, IN. The Quality Engineer is responsible for managing customer and supplier part approval documentation required for approval of new part submissions (NPI / APQP), part design and specification changes, and annual part revalidation when required by the Trelleborg Sealing Solutions customer. Represent Supply Chain Management Logistics Center Americas Quality in New Product Introduction (NPI)/Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and other related projects for new products that will flow through LCA. Guide Quality Department members who are supporting customer part approval tasks.
