Job summary

MSI Express, Inc. is seeking a Document Control Specialist to manage quality documents, records, and FSQ programs at the Portage facility. You will lead document control for HACCP, SQF, FDA and related records, ensuring proper approvals and timely revisions.

You will also assist with audits and training material development. Ideal candidates have HACCP/SQF background, experience with GMP, and the ability to coordinate cross-functionally.

Qualifications

• HACCP certification and SQF familiarity are required or preferred.
• Experience with QA records, SOPs, GMP, and audit support is needed.
• Ability to maintain document control systems and support FSQ programs.
• Proficiency in Spanish-reading/writing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain quality system documents (HACCP, SOPs, GMP, SQF).
• Distribute batch/startup sheets and manage document revisions.
• Support internal and external audits and regulatory reviews.
• Maintain master lists for products, ingredients and SKUs.
• Provide FSQ training materials and assist with risk-based improvements.
