Job summary

You will monitor KPIs, lead incident reviews, and collaborate with Compliance, Clinical/Medical, and Operations to drive improvements.

This role requires staff coaching, audits oversight, and a proactive approach to quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, social work, or related field preferred.
• Master’s degree or nursing degree preferred.
• CPHQ certification preferred.
• 5–10 years in healthcare or social services setting required.
• Strong knowledge of Missouri regulations and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and execution of all Quality Department tasks within the market.
• Facilitate Incident Review Committee with agendas and minutes.
• Monitor quality functions and drive improvements with Compliance and Operations.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics to collect metrics and KPIs.
• Address KPI deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Support accreditation readiness and maintain standards.
• Oversee funds management and participate in One Beacon initiatives.
• Hire, supervise, and coach Quality Analysts.
