Job summary

enGen is offering a Summer 2027 Quality Lead/Operations Undergraduate Internship designed to give students hands-on experience in software delivery, quality engineering, project coordination, and operational reporting within a large technology organization.

You will work with Project Managers, Delivery Leaders, Quality Engineers, testing teams, and business stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and monitor testing activities supporting technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Full- or part-time enrollment in an accredited college or university baccalaureate program.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related business or technical field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain test schedules and delivery trackers for projects.
• Monitor testing progress and project dependencies to ensure on-time delivery.
• Analyze quality metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support defect and risk management activities and prepare status reports.
• Build dashboards that provide visibility into project health and testing outcomes.

Education

Bachelor's degree in MIS/IT/CS or related field
