Job summary

enGen is offering the Summer 2027 Provider Delivery Software Engineer Undergraduate Internship to help students gain hands-on experience in enterprise-scale software development for provider-focused healthcare products and services.

Interns will work with software engineers, architects, product owners, analysts, and stakeholders to design, develop, test, and support provider-facing applications and cloud-based solutions in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or closely related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively while interacting with colleagues, clientele, and internal/external stakeholders in planning assignments and resolving day-to-day operational problems.
• Under supervision, provide entry-level professional services with guidance, training, and mentoring from senior personnel.
• Undertake and participate in projects and programs designed to develop professional skills and expertise for the organization.
• Participate in planning and implementation of unit projects within area of expertise and ability.
• Conduct research and reporting including recommendations or alternative proposals for action.
• Undertake related studies or enrichment programs as appropriate to the operating unit.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
