Job summary

enGen is offering a Summer 2027 Quality Lead/Operations Undergraduate Internship. The program gives hands-on exposure to software delivery, quality engineering, and operational reporting within a large technology organization.

You will work with Project Managers, Quality Engineers, and business stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and monitor testing activities, and gain insight into delivery governance, data analysis, and the software lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Full or part-time enrollment in an accredited college or university baccalaureate program.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Pursuing MIS/IT/CS degree or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support software delivery, quality engineering, project coordination, and operational reporting.
• Assist project managers and delivery leaders with planning and monitoring testing activities.
• Maintain test schedules and delivery trackers; monitor progress and dependencies.
• Build dashboards to provide visibility into project health and testing outcomes.
