Job summary

enGen is offering a Summer 2027 Undergraduate Internship in Quality Engineering within the Enterprise Quality Engineering (EQE) Functional Testing organization. The program provides hands-on experience in software quality engineering, functional testing, knowledge management, and continuous improvement in a healthcare IT setting.

As part of the internship, you will document processes, develop knowledge repositories and playbooks, and contribute to a comprehensive Test Process Improvement

Qualifications

• Full or part-time enrollment in an accredited college or university baccalaureate program.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Business Analytics, Technical Communication, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively while interacting with colleagues, clients, and/or other internal or external constituencies in the planning of assignments and resolution of day-to-day operational problems.
• Under supervision, provide entry-level professional services as appropriate to day-to-day operating objectives, receiving guidance and mentoring from senior personnel.
• Undertake and/or participate in projects and programs designed to develop professional skills and expertise.
• Participate in planning and implementation of unit projects and initiatives within area of expertise and ability.
• As requested by management, conduct research and reporting inclusive of recommendations or alternative proposals for action.
• Undertake related studies or enrichment programs as appropriate to the operating unit.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Education
