Job summary

enGen is seeking an undergraduate software engineering intern for the Summer 2027 Provider Delivery internship. You'll work with software engineers, architects, product owners, analysts, and stakeholders to design, develop, test, and support applications powering provider-facing capabilities in healthcare.

The program covers the full software lifecycle in an agile, cloud-enabled environment and focuses on modern practices, scalable solutions, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Full or part-time enrollment in an accredited college or university baccalaureate program.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders in planning assignments and resolving day-to-day operational problems.
• Under supervision, provide entry-level professional services with guidance and mentoring from senior personnel.
• Undertake and participate in projects and programs to develop professional skills and expertise.
• Participate in planning and implementation of unit projects within area of expertise and ability.
• Conduct research and reporting inclusive of recommendations or alternative proposals for action.
