Qualifications

• Be the interface between TRIGO and the customer, addressing needs.
• Ensure timely, accurate data transactions between TRIGO and customer systems.
• Maintain quality documents and audit readiness per guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main intermediary between the Customer and TRIGO Operations.
• Manage Quality alerts, containment activities, and containment inventory.
• Validate operational output via audits and review Work Orders/Missions.
• Lead initial training validation for each work order/mission.
• Coordinate with Operations and QSPs for cost classifications.
