Job summary

A multinational Quality Management company is seeking a Quality Delivery Liaison (QDL) in Greer, SC. In this role, you will serve as an interface between the company and customers, ensuring all data transactions are accurate and timely while providing excellent service. Responsibilities include maintaining quality-driven documents, managing quality alerts, and leading training for team members. Candidates should possess strong Microsoft Office skills and an undergraduate degree is preferred. This is a full-time entry-level position in Quality Assurance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all data transactions between TRIGO-based systems and Customer systems are accurate and timely.
• Provide error-free cross-system data and interfacing between TRIGO and Customer where applicable.
• Maintain quality-driven documents to meet Customer and TRIGO standards.
• Ensure successful customer satisfaction driven by Customer interface for their work order.
• Meet with Process Partners and Customers to address needs.
• Ensure all data required by Customer is present and accurate.
