Job summary

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions in Detroit, MI is seeking a Quality Manager to drive the quality management system, ensure compliance with ISO/IATF and internal standards, and lead corrective action and continuous improvement efforts.

The role requires travel to sites for audits, interface with customers on quality needs, develop procedures and work instructions, manage documentation, and monitor KPIs and safety commitments across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality operations within automotive/manufacturing environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead and manage teams, drive change and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality policies, procedures and work instructions.
• Lead internal audits and coordinate corrective actions.
• Interface with customers to address quality needs and requirements.
• Support continuous improvement projects and KPI tracking.
• Manage QMS documentation and reviews; prepare management reports.
• Coordinate Health & Safety activities and ensure regulatory compliance.
