Job summary

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking a Quality Delivery Liaison (QDL) to serve as the interface between TRIGO and the customer in the Metro Detroit area. The role focuses on ensuring accurate data exchanges, maintaining quality documentation, and coordinating with Process Partners and Customers to meet requirements.

The position reports to Site Manager/Quality Delivery Manager and involves working with TRIGO Operations to address customer needs, validate data, and drive quality containment

Qualifications

• Quality background in manufacturing or QA environments.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Undergraduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data exchange between TRIGO systems and customer systems is accurate and timely.
• Maintain quality documents and perform audits per guidelines.
• Coordinate with customers and operations to address needs and concerns.
• Create and manage work orders and missions per TRIGO and customer requirements.
• Validate data and support time studies and containment activities.
