Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Be in your second year or above with a graduation date after April 2027.
• GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Authorized to work in the United States during the co-op term (01/2027 - 04/2027).
• Familiarity with basic statistics concepts; other roles acceptable if relevant.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as on a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Use state-of-the-art tools and training courses offered at J&J.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams on analytics and data-driven improvements.
• Perform software development and validation for digital solutions in medical devices.
• Learn and apply software development and lifecycle management techniques.
• Promote digital culture across J&J medical devices.
