Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s MedTech division seeks a QS Digital Strategy and Deployment Co-op in Cincinnati, OH. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on software projects, support quality system validation, and learn lifecycle management techniques.

You’ll develop training materials and promote digital culture within the medical devices context. The role offers exposure to diverse teams, opportunities for leadership, and training courses, with direct QS Digital Strategy leadership providing

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Be in your second year or above in January 2027 with graduation after April 2027.
• GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Authorized to work in the United States during the co-op period (01/2027 - 04/2027).
• Detail-oriented, highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as on a team.
• Ability to work with virtual tools (Microsoft Teams) and strong oral/written communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams across J&J MedTech on software projects and governance.
• Support and/or perform validation activities for quality system solutions, including requirements development and testing.
• Learn and apply various software development and lifecycle management techniques.
• Develop training materials including procedures and knowledge articles.
• Promote digital culture and capabilities across J&J medical devices.
