Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a motivated data-focused co-op to support the CS/CO organization. You will assist in shaping digital strategies, work on data analytics projects, and gain hands-on experience with operational tools and processes.

This role offers exposure to dashboards, data and analytics infrastructure, and collaboration across teams while developing skills in data analysis and supply chain operations in a hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in data analysis, digital tools, and supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Knowledge of basic data analysis or visualization tools (Power BI, Excel).
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Eagerness to learn new systems, data methodologies, and process improvement techniques in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support data collection, validation, and management across CS/CO, including order management and distribution processes.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, and Excel to communicate insights.
• Curate and maintain analytics infrastructure that supports daily operations and strategic decisions.
• Support day-to-day U.S. order management data insights and process support.
• Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvements.
• Collaborate to support ad hoc analytics requests with timely data delivery.
• Document data workflows and maintain data integrity standards.
• Participate in team meetings and support digital transformation initiatives.
