Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Ability to collect, organize, and analyze data.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work onsite in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support projects focused on reducing waste, rework, and material losses.
• Collect, organize, and analyze data related to waste, rework, batch failures, and process performance.
• Identify trends by product, process step, shift, and other factors.
• Support root-cause investigations using 5 Why, Pareto analysis, and fishbone diagrams.
• Work with Operations and Quality personnel to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Follow up on improvement actions and track effectiveness.
• Assist with documenting processes, findings, action plans, and results.
• Conduct observations on the manufacturing floor and communicate findings.
• Support Quality and Food Safety initiatives.
• Prepare summaries and presentations of project findings and results.
• Maintain accurate and organized project documentation.
