Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in relevant field (Electrical/Computer/Mechanical/Industrial).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Macros, PivotTables).
• Proficient in Python, SQL, or similar for data manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Must have ≥3.0 GPA overall and be enrolled at a US four-year college.
• On-site, full-time 40 hours/week; include unofficial transcript.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards to visualize KPIs and quality metrics.
• Create tools to improve visibility of plant quality process adherence.
• Support vehicle flow management by building software tools.
• Work with management to improve process flows and launch readiness.
• Update co-op manual and onboarding info.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and statistical analysis.
