Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed degree in CS/IS/MIS or Data Science / Analytics.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight).
• Experience with on-premises/cloud database management preferred.
• Experience with application development / design (Oracle APEX / Power Apps / low-code platforms) preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency and familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards to quantify paint shop quality KPIs.
• Display operations data to speed problem recognition to solution.
• Work with management teams to improve transparency of quality landscape.
• Create mobile tools to streamline defect documentation.
• Interface with plant quality management IT systems and test new ideas.
• Explore next-generation flow concepts and feasibility of tools.
