CharterCARE Health of Rhode Island, LLC is seeking a dedicated Allied Health professional for a full-time 1st shift role to support the Quality & Performance Improvement team. The position involves administrative duties, database management, and report development with occasional travel to RWMC and OLF hospitals.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and SharePoint.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and SharePoint.
• Ability to build reports and dashboards.
• Experience with Access and Excel for data programs.
• Strong detail orientation and multitasking.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Aufgaben

• Perform administrative duties for members of the Quality & Performance Improvement team.
• Provide database management and reporting for a wide array of data.
• Travel to RWMC & OLF hospitals as required.
• Develop customized data reports and dashboards.
• Maintain minutes and coordinate calendar invites.
