Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved nursing program
• A BSN is preferred
• Two to four years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting; management experience preferred
• Must possess computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Supports and promotes the mission, vision and values of the Patient Care Services Department and Roger Williams Medical Center
• Acts as a resource to nursing staff and other health care professionals to provide continuous quality care
• Assures quality patient outcomes through development and implementation of clinical standards and quality improvement activities
• Devises innovative and cost effective approaches to clinical practice and health care delivery systems
