Job summary

Schneider Electric in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Customer Satisfaction & Quality Manager to lead quality and customer satisfaction initiatives across the plant. You will manage QA activities, oversee a team of quality engineers, and drive action plans to improve customer satisfaction and product quality.

The role requires extensive quality management experience, ISO/QMS expertise, and leveraging Lean/Six Sigma tools to achieve continual improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or related engineering.
• 5 years work experience in Quality, Supply Chain, manufacturing, customer satisfaction.
• 3-5 years supervisory/managerial experience.
• Lean Master/Master Black Belt certification.
• Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Six sigma certification or PM preferred.
• ISO9001, ISO90002, ISO14001 knowledge and IMS auditing.
• Familiar with ANSI, NEMA, IEC regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading internal audits.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts and tools.
• Digital Citizen; promotes use of digital platforms.
• Continues Improvement with SPS knowledge.
• SAP Knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Quality and the Customer Experience in the manufacturing of residential circuit breakers.
• Lead the performance and competence of a team of quality engineers.
• Voice of the Customer and drive customer centricity.
• Drive Quality Excellence across manufacturing processes and suppliers.
• Implement and manage the Quality Management System (ISO) and global directives.
• Lead internal audits and continuous improvement programs (8D, Lean, SPS).
• Collaborate with CS&Q teams to align needs and best practices.
• Ensure competency levels and training within CS&Q team.
