FM Industries, Inc. is seeking an AZ Quality Coordinator I in Phoenix to help ensure adherence to quality standards across the organization.

You will coordinate the Customer First Article Report (FAIR) process, manage MRB/RMA activities, and support calibration programs while working cross-functionally with teams. The role requires strong teamwork, communication, and documentation skills, with 0–2 years’ experience in a quality role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Basic knowledge and use of inspection tools used to perform measurements.
• Knowledge of blueprint reading, and basic GD&T preferred.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Demonstrates leadership skills.
• Must be able to adapt to frequently changing priorities.
• Works harmoniously in a team environment.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• 0-2 years’ experience as a quality coordinator or related quality role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate FAIR development and submission processes with customers and internal teams.
• Manage MRB/RMA activities and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Generate reports and maintain quality metrics to improve processes.
• Assist in developing and documenting quality control procedures and SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety policies.
