Job summary

This role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work in a manufacturing setting. Primary schedule is Mon–Fri with occasional Saturdays; 0–2 years of QA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Basic knowledge and use of inspection tools used to perform measurements
• Knowledge of blueprint reading, and basic GD&T preferred
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Demonstrates leadership skills
• Must be able to adapt to frequently changing priorities
• Works harmoniously in a team environment
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• 0-2 years’ experience as a quality coordinator or related quality role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation and submission of the customer first article report (FAIR) process.
• Review customer drawings, specifications, and standards for FAIR reports.
• Prepare First Article Reports conforming to customer and company standards by documenting inspection results.
• Review inspection results and communicate findings to internal stakeholders.
