Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a MRB Coordinator / IQC Inspector to perform incoming quality inspections, review documentation, and support material acceptance decisions ensuring QA standards are met. The role coordinates nonconforming material through MRB, containment, disposition processing, and aging reduction with cross-functional teams.

The position requires close collaboration with Quality, Supplier Quality, Operations, and Warehouse teams to maintain inventory accuracy and efficient material flow.

Qualifications

• Experience performing incoming quality inspections and MRB activities.
• Ability to review and interpret CoCs, packing slips, and certifications.
• Proficiency with sampling plans, AQL methodologies, and material disposition.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MRB process for nonconforming material and monitor aging.
• Perform IQC inspections on components and raw materials per procedures.
• Document inspection results and support disposition decisions.
• Process material transactions and maintain inventory and QN records.
• Escalate nonconformances and support containment activities.
