Medline in Illinois is seeking a Quality Support professional to assist with workload documentation and provide daily support to Quality personnel and divisional partners.
The role involves reviewing documents for accuracy, coordinating information flow, maintaining quality records, and supporting corrective actions during audits and process deviations.
Responsible for supporting Quality program goals by assisting with proper workload documentation as well as providing daily support to Quality personnel and divisional partners.
Based on established procedures, is responsible for reviewing documents to ensure accuracy.
Provide administrative and communication support for quality operations, including responding to inquiries, coordinating information flow, and maintaining quality-related documentation.
Assist with coordination of corrective actions as required by process deviations, procedure deviations, complaints, regulatory audits, customer audits, and internal audits.
Under supervision, prepares reports for management, customers, etc.
Supports the effective execution of Medline's Quality Management System and Quality Policy to help ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Owns tasks associated with inventory management and implementation of Medline's record retention policy.
Assist with applying, altering, and removing quality holds as it pertains to responding to quality issues.
May occasionally require weekend shifts pending business need.
Other duties as assigned.
The anticipated salary range for this position: $20.25 - $29.25 Hourly. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
