Job summary

Medline Industries, LP seeks a Quality Coordinator (Project Management) to support quality program goals and provide daily assistance to Quality personnel and divisional partners.

Responsibilities include handling inbound phone calls and emails, coordinating inventory checks, managing plant holds, arranging travel/training, and preparing weekly/monthly quality reports for management.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of prior experience in quality assurance or quality control.
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling).
• Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and/or adjusting table columns).

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$20.25 - $29.25 Hourly

The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
