Job summary

3Dimensional Services Group seeks a hands-on Quality Coordinator for our Lapeer, MI facility on 2nd shift. You will work closely with production to support daily quality and inspection activities, inspect parts, verify labels and documentation, and maintain accurate quality records.

The role focuses on identifying quality concerns, managing nonconforming material, supporting corrective actions, and assisting with internal and external audits. Team players encouraged.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to perform duties with minimal supervision.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Track parts using the hot list, Excel and monitor through manufacturing.
• Confirm part requirements using PO details and part prints.
• Prepare parts for shipment including grinding, engraving, tapping threads, assembly and labeling.
• Data entry in preparation for audits.
• Conduct quality audits and assist with training.
• Maintain quality records and support corrective actions.
• Program and maintain engravers.
• Follow PPE and company safety policies.
