Green Bay Packaging in El Paso, TX, is seeking a Quality Coordinator to monitor corrugated manufacturing quality, inspect boards for defects, and ensure adherence to customer specifications and ISO standards.
You will collect quality metrics, run audits on corrugator and converting equipment, investigate complaints, drive CAPA, and train operators in inspection techniques as part of a cross-functional team.
In the corrugator process (making corrugated board from linerboard and medium), quality coordinators pay special attention to:
High school graduate or equivalent.
1-2 yrs. Proven experience as a Quality Coordinator in the manufacturing sector preferably corrugated with knowledge of quality systems and testing procedures.
MS Office and database systems.
Able to effectively communicate with team members.
Frequent and/or occasional standing and walking throughout an eight-hour shift, reaching, pushing, pulling, squatting, kneeling, bending, climbing, lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
