Green Bay Packaging Inc. is seeking a Quality Coordinator to monitor corrugated production quality and inspect output for defects. You will perform process audits, collect data on defects, waste and rework, and prepare reports to identify recurring issues.
The role supports CAPA initiatives and ensures compliance with ISO standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Training operators and collaborating with production teams are key responsibilities.
In the corrugator process (making corrugated board from linerboard and medium), quality coordinators pay special attention to:
High school graduate or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Quality Coordinator in the manufacturing sector preferably corrugated with knowledge of quality systems and testing procedures
MS Office and database systems
Able to effectively communicate with team members.
Frequent and/or occasional standing and walking throughout an eight-hour shift., reaching, (must be able to reach with hands and arms) pushing, pulling, squatting, kneeling, bending, climbing, lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
