Job summary

NeFab North in Dover, NH is seeking an Estimator & Technical Administrator to develop and maintain manufacturing standards and provide timely quotes to the selling organization. You will liaise between manufacturing, design, and sales for drawing standardization, prototype building, and process development.

The role reports to the Plant Manager and requires ERP-based cost estimation, routing, and involvement in new product implementation with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education involving problem solving and communication training.
• English language proficiency in writing and speaking.
• 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• CAD experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Generate product cost estimation using the ERP system.
• Define product routing and standardization.
• Resolve manufacturing design issues.
• Contribute to new product implementation in production.
• Interpret drawings to understand customer requirements.
• Adhere to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 policies and procedures.

ESTIMATOR & TECHNICAL ADMINSTRATOR , NeFab North

As Estimator & Technical Administrator you will be responsible to developed and maintain manufacturing standards and provide timely quotes to to the selling organization.

You will serve as a liaison between manufacturing, design, and sales for drawing standardization, prototype building, process development, ECN's and inspections.

This position is located in Dover New Hampshire , and you will report to the Plant Manager.

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for using the ERP system to generate product cost estimation
• Responsible for product routing and standardization
• Problem resolution of current design in manufacturing
• Involved in new product implementation in production
• understanding of customer requirements through drawing interpretation
• Adhere to ISO 9001 and ISIO 14001 Policies and Procedures

Your profile

• Post Secondary education involving problem solving and communication training, or equivalency in combination of education and experience.
• Language proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
• Computer Aided Design experience is desired
