Job summary

CTDI in Alburtis, PA, is seeking a Quality Coordinator to support quality standards and ensure compliance within the team. The role involves training team members, conducting audits, and maintaining performance data.

1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday‑Friday

The Quality Coordinator position is responsible for maintaining documents and files to support the branch and works with management to ensure compliance and quality standards are being followed.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure training of quality team members, annual re‑testing and records are maintained and accurate.
  • Support safety processes, requirements and culture. Investigate, monitor, and document 5S housekeeping issues.
  • Promote and execute quality standards and processes, quality plans, documents and reports.
  • Perform 5S housekeeping audits and reports.
  • Support the ISO/9001‑2015 & TL‑9000 V R6.1/R5.5 certification process and maintain the quality system.
  • Track operations performance data and trends and produce monthly reports.
  • Support the quality management systems in QMS and EDOCS.
  • Maintain and update all quality training matrix.
  • Coordinate and facilitate roaming audits for all department sites.
  • Periodically review department internal control procedures.
  • Periodically review quality and production processes to identify and recommend process improvements that increase efficiency and/or accuracy.
  • Support supervision with quality operations.
  • Ensure the customer requirements are met for the products by assuring stable processes are followed according to documented quality standards.
  • Assist and follow up on closing the loop on quality corrective action and root causes.
  • Work closely with management to recommend process improvement changes.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
  • Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and adapt to a changing environment.
  • Must be organized, detail‑oriented, deadline‑driven, and self‑motivated.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presenting to a group.
  • Ability to frequently lift objects up to 50 lbs.
Experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a quality‑related role.
  • Experience with ISO/9001‑2015 & TL‑9000 V R6.1/R5.5 preferred.
  • Knowledge of general OSHA standards preferred.
  • Previous experience auditing processes and reporting deficiencies is a plus.
Education
  • High‑school diploma or GED required.
