CTDI is seeking a Production Supervisor in New Jersey. The role involves supervising production activities to meet quality and efficiency goals. Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role, preferably in materials distribution.
The ideal candidate possesses strong problem-solving skills, is detail-oriented, and is proficient in Microsoft Office. Benefits include health insurance and a monthly incentive bonus, among others.

The production supervisor position is responsible for coordinating and assigning the activities of production workers, ensuring that production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and driving P&L results. This position supervises production operations within an assigned area or during assigned shifts.
2nd Shift: 11:00 AM - 9:30 PM, Sunday - Wednesday
$21.97 per hour + 20% shift differential
