Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Minimum of three years experience in banking, preferably in operations.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong analytical and decision‑making skills.
• Professional demeanor and excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervisory responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, and training employees.
• Oversee internal control testing and collaborate with leaders to drive remediation.
• Analyze data for anomalies and support automation and efficiency improvements.
• Maintain SOX control documentation, risk assessments, and related controls.
• Prepare reports on control effectiveness for management review.
• Support audits and regulatory examinations with necessary documentation.
• Coordinate with process owners to identify control improvements.
