Qualifications

• Minimum of three years experience in banking, preferably in operations required.
• Leadership skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform control testing and document results.
• Identify control deficiencies and escalate.
• Assist in development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve scalability and automation.
• Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to drive change and efficiency.
• Maintain SOX control documentation, risk assessments, and other controls across assigned areas.
• Assist in monitoring and reporting control effectiveness for management review.
• Support audit and regulatory examination activities by providing necessary documentation.
