Siemens Mobility in Knightdale, NC, seeks a Quality Control & Testing Manager to establish the quality function at a greenfield facility. You will implement quality systems, drive ISO certification, and foster a culture of operational excellence from the ground up.

You will lead testing, inspections, and corrective actions, shaping long-term strategy, metrics, and supplier quality collaboration in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in quality engineering or manufacturing quality.
• Experience with ISO 9001/14001/45001.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and docs.
• Knowledge of manufacturing measurement/testing equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily quality inspection and testing operations.
• Develop and maintain quality management systems and testing protocols.
• Prepare the facility for ISO certifications (9001/14001/45001).
• Lead internal audits, corrective actions, and root cause investigations.
• Drive KPI-driven quality improvements and cost-of-quality initiatives.
• Support production teams through daily Tier/GEMBA engagements.
• Partner with Supplier Quality to improve incoming quality.
