Job summary

Qualifications

  • High School, GED, or equivalent preferred.
  • 2+ years of monument operations, design, stone fabrication, or manufacturing experience.
  • Knowledge of granite design, finishing and engraving processes preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and task focus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with design and production teams.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect outsourced monuments for engraving accuracy, dimensions, finish quality, and structural integrity.
  • Review proofs and verify artwork, lettering, and dates.
  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures.
  • Identify and correct production issues.
  • Train and support production staff on quality standards.
