Job summary

Wilbert Funeral Services, Inc. is seeking a general labor/assembler to support monument production at our Parsons, KS facility. The role involves assembling, cleaning, shipping, and setting monuments with attention to detail and safety.

You will read orders, operate basic tools and CNC machines, and assist with sandblasting prep to ensure high‑quality finished products. Responsibilities include lifting 75+ lbs, palletizing shipments, and using a forklift.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to read directions and orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform production, cleaning, shipping, and monument setting.
• Stencil and weed designs for sandblasting.
• Sandblast monuments and wash finished products.
• Operate hand tools and CNC machines.
• Palletize and ship monuments; use forklift.
• Read a tape measure and be detail oriented.
• Fill in for others when on leave as needed.
