Job summary

Psi Molded Plastics Indiana Inc in Wolfeboro, NH is seeking a Full Time Quality Control technician to ensure molded parts meet customer specifications. The role focuses on inspection, process validation, and maintaining documentation.

You will train operators, perform audits from first piece to final product, and coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve non-conformances. A technical associate degree and Lean manufacturing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of Quality Control experience in Lean manufacturing.
• Injection molding experience is a plus.
• Auditor training or certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 requirements is a plus.
• Ability to manage Document Control workload with minimal supervision.
• Proficient with precision measuring equipment including FARO Arm and gages.
• Familiar with reading blueprints and customer drawings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Determine all new production jobs meet customer requirements (materials, color, size, etc.).
• Assure operators are trained and comply with in-process procedures.
• Perform first piece, in-process, and final audits; recommend approval or rejection.
• Verify non-conforming material or products are corrected and documented.
• Maintain all samples for start-up and final product.
• Perform customer mandated testing and related documentation.
• Serve as liaison between internal PSIMP departments and customers.
• Document all work instructions and quality control records; manage document control.
• Participate in creating a culture of cooperation, continuous improvement and team success.
