Actalent is seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Technician in Boca Raton, FL for a first shift. The role supports quality control, laboratory testing, inspections, and documentation within a regulated manufacturing environment, with emphasis on GMP and FDA compliance.

Ideal candidates will have experience with GMP/FDA practices, strong organizational skills, and meticulous record-keeping. The position is fully onsite in Boca Raton with benefits such as 401k and PTO.

Qualificações

• Experience with GMP and FDA-regulated practices is preferred.
• Familiarity with GMP, FDA regulations, and quality systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to accurately follow written procedures and maintain documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine product and laboratory testing according to procedures.
• Conduct quality inspections and document results.
• Review batch records and other quality documentation for completeness and compliance.
• Manage, track, and maintain product and laboratory samples.
• Assist with quality investigations, deviations, and documentation.
• Maintain records in accordance with GMP and FDA requirements.
• Support quality systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and communicate potential quality issues to team members.
