Job summary

Paycom - ATS in York, PA seeks a Quality Control Technician to ensure products, processes, and documentation meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. You will work with manufacturing and quality personnel to identify issues, maintain records, and keep operations running safely and compliantly.

Duties include inspecting components, performing in-process and release testing, reviewing labels, initiating nonconformances, and upholding GMPs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Understanding of GMPs (FDA, ISO:13485, MDSAP) preferred.
• Regulated industry knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow procedures, forms, instructions, and policies.
• Inspect incoming production components (tubes, bottles, film, syringe components).
• Perform in-process testing during manufacturing (fill volume, seal integrity, labeling, visual inspections).
• Conduct release testing of finished goods per procedures.
• Collect samples for outsourced testing.
• Print, review and approve labels for production.
• Initiate nonconformances when defects or deviations occur.
• Ensure GMPs are followed.
• Perform facility inspections and maintain quality equipment.

Job Details: Job Location: Plant - York, PA 17402, Salary Range: $21.00 - $21.00 Hourly, Summary of position

As a Quality Control Technician, you’ll be part of the team responsible for making sure our products, processes, and documentation meet our quality standards and regulatory requirements. You’ll work closely with manufacturing and quality personnel to identify issues, maintain accurate records, and help keep our operations running safely and compliantly.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure the organization’s procedures, forms, instructions, and policies are followed by all staff
• Inspect and document incoming production components, including tubes, bottles, film, and syringe components
• Conduct in-process testing during manufacturing, including fill volume, seal integrity, labeling, and visual inspections.
• Conduct release testing of finished goods and sourced finished goods by following written procedures
• Collect samples for outsourced testing
• Print, review and approve labels for production
• Initiate nonconformances when product defects are found or deviations occur
• Ensure all GMPs are followed
• Perform facility inspections and maintain quality department equipment
• Promote an environment of quality first mindset
