Job summary

Reily Foods Company, a family-owned producer of iconic brands, seeks a Quality Control Technician to support food safety and quality throughout manufacturing. You will perform routine inspections, tests, and data documentation to ensure products meet established standards.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Comprehensive benefits accompany this on-site position in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in machine quality or food production preferred.
• Knowledge of GFSI schemes (BRC, SQF) and understanding of food safety regulations.
• Ability to calibrate testing equipment and use RedZone software.
• Strong verbal and written communication, time management, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
• Conduct quality tests and analyses to ensure compliance with specifications and food safety requirements.
• Utilize Redzone to complete quality compliance documents and data sheets.
• Monitor production checks and calibrate quality equipment.
• Collaborate with Production, Operations, Maintenance and other departments to resolve issues.
• Assist in cupping and other lab functions.
• Other duties as assigned.
