Reily Foods Company is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician for our Knoxville plant. You will perform routine testing, inspections, sampling, and documentation to ensure raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods meet established quality standards.
You will collaborate with Production, Operations, Maintenance and other teams to resolve quality issues and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory requirements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Our Quality Control Technicians are responsible for supporting food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance throughout the manufacturing and production process. This position performs routine testing, inspections, sampling, and documentation to ensure raw materials, in-process products, finished goods, and production processes meet established quality standards and specifications. Successful candidates will be detail-oriented, analytical, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. They will have a strong commitment to food safety and quality, the ability to identify and communicate quality concerns, and the confidence to work collaboratively with Production, Operations, Maintenance, and other departments to resolve issues.
High school diploma or GED Machine quality or food production experience preferred Knowledge of GFSI audit schemes, such as BRC and SQF and understanding of legal food safety requirements Technical skills include the ability to calibrate testing equipment, using RedZone manufacturing software, and become certified in Quality areas Interpersonal skills include good verbal and written communication, good time management skills, strong attention to details with ability to follow standardized procedures Leadership skills include a positive attitude, being a team player and self-leadership
