Job summary

Reser's Fine Foods, Inc. in Memphis, TN is seeking a Quality Assurance/Food Safety associate to monitor production process controls and document any food safety or quality issues for timely corrective actions.

You will perform CCP verifications, assist with pre-operational inspections, maintain records, and help ensure compliance with HACCP, GMPs, and other programs. This is an on-site, full-time role with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in science related field or 1+ years QA experience.
• Basic knowledge of GMPs, Food Safety, and Safety requirements.
• Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently for documentation.
• Basic computer skills: e-mail, Word, Excel; regular attendance expected.

Responsibilities

• Documents and reports food safety or quality issues with corrective actions.
• Assist with pre-operational inspection of plant and equipment documentation.
• Perform CCP verifications and quality checks per HACCP and Quality Plans.
• Maintain records and documentation following company protocols.
• Adhere to GMP, sanitation, and other programs; monitor environment conditions.
