Job summary

Reily Foods Company is seeking a detail‑oriented Quality Control Technician to support food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across the manufacturing and production process. You will perform routine testing, inspections, sampling, and documentation to ensure materials, in‑process products, and finished goods meet established standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with machine quality or food production preferred.
• Knowledge of GFSI audit schemes (BRC, SQF) and food safety regulations.
• Ability to calibrate testing equipment and use quality testing tools.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication; strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
• Understand product specifications and perform quality tests and analyses.
• Utilize RedZone to complete quality documents, launch data sheets, and communicate with support functions.
• Monitor production checks for designated area and calibrate equipment as needed.
• Assist with cupping and other lab functions.
