The role includes learning batching, operating loaders and forklifts, and supporting both production facilities and quality control teams.

The candidate should have high school diploma and a willingness to obtain industry certifications, with occasional night work and flexible scheduling as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in the concrete industry preferred.
• Willing to learn batching of ready-mix concrete.
• Ability to work flexible hours including potential night shifts.
