Job summary

Job Description

As a Quality Control Technician, you will have an essential role within the company. You will ensure that our clients' devices leave the workshop in a condition that reflects our dedication to excellent service. You will be responsible for assuring quality service at our workshop by following a streamlined procedure for functionality testing. If you are interested in IT or working with computers, this position is a great way to get your foot in the door.

Job Duties
  • Performing post-repair quality control checks to ensure that devices meet specified criteria for functionality and performance.
  • Utilizing diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve hardware and software issues in computers and other electronic devices.
  • Maintaining detailed records of repairs, quality control checks, and any issues encountered during the process.
