You will diagnose hardware and software issues, repair components, document repairs, and ensure quality testing before returning devices. As a Technician/Driver, you will have an essential role within the company. You will be responsible for diagnosing hardware and software issues, processing work orders according to warranty and non-warranty guidelines, repairing devices, and assuring quality service at our workshop. We are looking for someone personable, timely, and easy to work with. In this hybrid role, you’ll diagnose and repair devices at our in-shop facility and handle the safe and timely transport of client devices. You will be working directly with our clients, so while we are flexible with the dress code, a professional appearance is still needed. Other qualifications include:
