Job Title: Sr. Recruiter - IT Nationals Contract Division

We work with clients and candidates nationwide, filling Contract, Contract to Hire, and other positions.

Company Overview

Addedison Group collaborates with a Kansas City, MO construction company, a leader in residential roads, highways, and airport runway projects, seeking to add a QA/QC Technician to their team.

Responsibilities include:

• Sampling and testing incoming construction materials such as asphalt, aggregates, and soils.
• Supporting evaluation and implementation of new material technologies across the company.
• Maintaining knowledge of current quality standards, specifications, and industrial processes.
• Interacting professionally with client representatives at project sites and in the lab.
• Assisting with maintenance of lab equipment, including calibrations, preventative maintenance, repairs, and adjustments.
• Conducting business ethically and professionally.
• Adhering to all safety policies and demonstrating safe work practices.
• Performing work in high traffic areas for extended periods as needed.
• Demonstrating a strong work ethic, integrity, and compliance commitment.
• Seeking additional training for industry testing changes.
• Performing other related tasks as assigned.

The ideal candidate would hold current materials testing certifications such as KDOT, MoDOT, and/or ACI.
