Quality Control (QC) Technician
- Location: Johnstown, Colorado
- Shift: Day Shift – 8AM- 8PM (Rotating shift) 2-2-3 schedule
- Pay Range: $23–$25/hour

How you’ll spend your time as a Quality Control Technician:
- Conduct quality checks at the end of the production line, including, seal integrity, print alignment and clarity, shrink bundling verification, stretch and strength testing
- Perform random quality checks throughout production
- Evaluate film characteristics such as shrink rate, slipperiness, and durability
- Document and report results accurately using Microsoft Excel and QC software
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe testing environment
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns in real time
Skills & experience we’d like you to have as a Quality Control Technician:
- 1-3 years of Quality Control experience in a manufacturing or lab setting
- Experience with film testing, packaging quality, or related lab work desired
- Comfortable performing hands-on product evaluations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with flexible packaging materials and processes is a plus
- Previous experience in packaging, shrink films, or similar industries is highly valued
- Desire to champion safety and cleanliness standards with in the production area
- Detail-oriented, professional demeanor, and solid work ethic.
- Clean background and professional references.
